My sister said "you can almost taste the hipster". American hipster take on Mexican tacos/burritos, but you get a ton of food for the money and it's pretty good. Their homemade hot sauces are quite tasty, great guac too.Great job moving out of the truck and into a brick and mortar, Hubby's! They also appear to serve fancy beverages, but I didn't ask about them.

Absolutely stellar food! I had a beef burrito and it was seasoned and flavorful. There were great combos and the various side sauces are amazing 😍

For ten bucks I got the brisket burrito and it came with a nice little side salad. You can't finish the burrito in one sitting.

A great small place huge on flavor & portion

Best meal in town. Maybe the best meal in the Upper Hudson Valley. They have a cute little spot at a farm over the summer and this hub keeps us warm in the winter. We eat here nearly everyday. Never gets old!

Cool space. Plenty of vegan options. Super friendly and accomodating staff. And of course, cheap, tasty food. Hard to go wrong with the soup of the day and a couple veggie tacos.

I asked the women working behind the counter if she could point me to the John. It's located in rear of the building next to the kitchen and presumably a storage area. I made my entrance, The room had a peculiar smell of parsley. Not the worst I've smelt in a restroom, but certainly not the worst. 3/5 stars. Not a bad place to drop log!

Everything here is solid. It is one of the few places where you can get good quality food at a very affordable price. Their tacos, for example are superior to and half the price of another taco place in town. Bubby's has no pretensions, and really makes you feel like you're on vacation in Baja. Also, I have to mention that their Salsas are homemade and spectacular.

I came here a couple of years ago when it was "Bubby's Burrito Stand" & it was so good I made sure to stop again when I was back in town. Still awesome & quick food, with a great selection. My favorite is the burrito bowl. :D

Great little place for lunch or dinner on the go. Laid back atmosphere but on point food. Great vegan options, too.

we went to the town of red hook since we were hungry and we heard the town was nice. Bubby's is well reviewed but weren't prepared for takeout.They have tables, they give you a tray with your food and you can sit down and eat if you want.They offer tap water in a jug and serve yourself hot sauces. They also offer beverages for sale.we are lifelong new Yorkers, my daughter lives blocks from great Latin restaurants in Queens. We agreed we never had better al pastor, quesedillas, or chorizo, and never had them better or more generously served

My favorite burrito place. I loved the burrito stand and I’m so glad I can still get a guacamole burrito here, year round! The complimentary toppings are fantastic. I love the spicy cucumbers. The drinks are great. The place is cheery and bright and always a perfect stop on my way through Red Hook.

Awesome fresh food. Very fresh ingredients, guacamole was superb. Home made Hot sauces were delicate and tasty. Very reasonable prices.

Consistently delicious. I love how they manage to make the burrito tortillas just a little bit crispy without making them dry. I also recommend the brownies.
